ORDERING, DELIVERY AND PAYMENT

ORDERING:   YOU CAN ORDER ONLINE, OR BY EMAIL, PHONE OR FAX.

• ONLINE: You can order directly online. Just click the buttons on each page to add items to your cart, and check out when you have finished.

• E-MAIL: [email protected] You can send your orders and enquiries to us by e-mail at any time. E-mails are picked up and dealt with every day of the week. We will confirm details of your order back to you.

• FAX: 0871 433 4960. Our dedicated fax order line is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. To order just note down the codes of the items and the quantities that you want, together with your delivery instructions, and we will pick up your order and confirm details back to you. Faxes are picked up and dealt with every day of the week.

• PHONE: 0844 884 5475. Our phone lines are open 8.30am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday and 9.00am to 1.00pm Saturday. Outside of these hours our answering system can take your details and we will call you back.

DELIVERY:   Orders received before midday are usually despatched that day, subject to stock availability. (Weekends and Bank Holidays excluded). Orders are subject to a £5.95 + VAT delivery charge (£6.84 inc VAT). (Different delivery costs and times apply to remote areas and areas off the UK mainland. Please ask for details).

PAYMENT:   Payment is easy. Pay securely online with your credit card, or if you prefer, phone us with your card details, or for other payment options.
