ORDERING: The quickest and most efficient way to place your order is by using
our secure online system. Our lowest prices are always shown on our website and we encourage all customers to place their orders online to receive the best possible deal. Orders placed online before 12:00 midday are usually delivered next working day.
However if you wish to place your order by email or fax we will be happy to help.
- ONLINE: You can order directly online. Just click the buttons on each page to add items to your basket, and check out when you have finished.
- BY EMAIL: [email protected] You can send your orders and enquiries to us by email at any time. Emails are picked up and dealt with every day of the week. We will confirm details of your order back to you.
- BY FAX: 0871 433 4960 Our dedicated fax order line is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. To order just note down the codes of the items and the quantities that you want, together with your delivery instructions, and we will pick up your order and confirm details back to you. Faxes are picked up and dealt with every day of the week.
- PHONE: 0117 256 5475 Our phone lines are open six days of the week, not as an order line but for you to call us with any pre-sales queries or if you need any technical advice before you buy. Outside of our normal published opening hours our answering system will take your details and we will call you back.
PAYMENT: Payment is easy. Pay securely online with your credit or debit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Delta cards, and all payments are processed using the Realex Global Payments secure encrypted payment system. We also accept Paypal if you prefer to pay using your Paypal account.
